Snow Report
Ben Yandeau will be your host for skiing tonight until 8:00 P.M. Thursday looks iffy, so if you want a night of skiing this week, tonight is the best choice. Just a reminder that night skiing is a privilege we have been granted, not a right. Please be courteous to your host and the Park Supervisor, who has already put in a full day, by being out of the Park at or before 8:00 P.M. Late skiers make for a very long day, particularly on those days when plowing starts at 5:00 A.M.
We are training grooming volunteers this week. Thank you to Tom Van de Water who trained yesterday. Due to a sled issue, grooming was limited to the E-Z trail yesterday. Our coverage remains adequate, but thin. Marty Duffany will be flat grooming the roads today. Joe Selleck and Ben Yandeau will be training this afternoon. Grooming will be mostly on the roads, camp loops and E-Z because it collects the most snow. Skiers continue to tell us the trails are skiing well. We are hesitant to compromise what is there by trying to set another track but may try New Pine to see how it grooms.
Think snow, and enjoy!
